Freeze drying removes all the moisture in the candy and makes them much more fragile. We do our best to securely package each item, however due to USPS handling some pieces may settle and/or break apart during transit. If broken up, the candy pieces make great toppings on ice cream, cakes, yogurt, and many other things.
