Gems are either round or square and are about 2 inches across.

Each Jam Gem is labeled with a shell and jam flavour. All Jam Gems will be a different flavour.

All of our candies are handcrafted, vegan, gluten-free. They have a very subtle, lightly sweetened flavor and are crunchy on the outside, and have a soft jelly texture on the inside.

All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp.
As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has it's own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary. They do not always look like you see in the photo.
