Strawberry Pistachio Gem 🍓 💚

💚Okay, I might be a little biased, but I think I’ve just created something spectacular.

Meet my newest obsession — the Strawberry Pistachio Gem! And when I tell you I’m ridiculously excited about this flavor combination, I mean it!

Imagine biting into a gorgeous, juicy strawberry-flavored crystal candy shell with that signature delicate, satisfying crunch, only to discover a luscious center of rich, velvety pistachio cream.

The bright, fruity sweetness of strawberries paired with the buttery, nutty richness of pistachio is an absolute match made in dessert heaven. It’s sweet, it’s creamy, it’s crunchy, and somehow every flavor complements the other perfectly.

I’ve created a LOT of candy over the years, but every once in a while, I come up with something that makes me stop and think, oh, this one is special.

This is one of those creations. 🍓✨

She’s beautiful, she’s delicious, and quite frankly, I think she might be my new crown jewel.

And yes, I’m already obsessed. 💚
